Oh I can't get a loan to buy a home.......
If I had a nickel for every time I have heard this statement recently, I would be rich!
The media has portrayed it impossible to get home financing in today's market, which is false information.
It is much more challenging to get financing but that does not mean impossible.  My parents always told me anything worth having does not come easy. This saying would definitely apply to buying a house these days. There are many steps you can to take now in order to purchase home:
•1.  Make sure your middle credit score is minimum 620*
•2.  Make sure you have job history for past 24 months, unless previously homemaker or full time student.
•3.   Budget, no how much house you can afford to your lifestyle and stick with that budget. 
 
*If your score is currently below a 620, no worries that is why it is most important you contact a lender today so that they can work with you and get you with a good solid credit repair person that can assist you in getting your score there.
 
Again, home ownership is a privilege, and should not be afforded to anyone and everyone anymore
