Suicide/Murder Disclosure
In my office, we have had many discussions regarding disclosure of incidents of murder and/or suicide in a home that is listed for sale.  Does the seller have to disclose the fact that a murder and/or a suicide occured in the home that he has contracted to sell?  I realize that there is a potential for the buyer to back out of the contract but what happens if the disclosure is not made and the buyer finds out after the closing?  The discussion is also based on the seller's agent aware of these incidents.
