There were 11 newly listed homes last week. The average listing price is $677,953 with an average of $12,455 for property taxes.
There were no Babylon NY homes under contract last week.
The 1 home that closed was listed at $525,000 and sold for $500,000 It is a 9 room colonial on Alexander Street with property taxes of $10,600
