The Holidays are coming...
And Realtors® need to stay focused. Although fall may not be as busy as the spring, there is still a good piece of the pie to be had. My advice is to:
 
Don't be Scared. Consumers like to work with confident people.
Be Visible. Place an advertisement in the local magazine. People do business with people they are familiar with.
Get out from behind the desk. Attend holiday parties and social events.
Get Smart. What you do now til the end of the year sets the entire tone for 2011. Don't slow down
Be aggressive. While everyone else slows down, now is the time to take market share.
