Seasons
One of the things that I love about living in Michigan is that we have actual seasons. Summer is transitioning to Autumn, nights are becoming cool and the trees are starting to display their autumn color finale.
 I have found that real estate has seasons as well.  The seasons of this business caused me to worry when I fist entered the business.  However, now that I recognize that seasons are as natural to real estate as they are to creation. So, instead of worrying about the season, or fighting it I have found that I just need to respond to it.
 I know that every market is unique, so learning your market season will be important. In my market, there are key seasons that buyers are at their peak. There are seasons that sellers are listing, and considering to list. There are seasons where the market decelerates. I have found that this is the time of year to sharpen your tools, organize and refocus.
 By using the seasons to an advantage, you can capitalize more effectively with the natural rhythms of real estate.
