Agent Scoreboard: A Helpful Tool
This afternoon, Gena Riede (that Sacramento real estate broker) reminded me to post my profile at http://www.agentscoreboard.com
Her timing could not have been better, because I have spent an interrupted part of this Labor Day catching up on internet things, and Agent Scoreboard has been at the top of my task list for the last month.
 At the Inman RE Connect in San Francisco, Gena and I spent a good amount of time with Michael Agee and the folks with Agent Scoreboard. Their business model is a good one and allows clients the opportunity to comment about the wonderful service provided by their real estate agent.
Of course, negative feedback could also be entered, but Michael Agee explained that this would present an excellent opportunity for the real estate agent, lender or service provider to clear up misunderstandings or to right a perceived wrong.
The site allows you to enter a full profile, photo and the areas you represent. You are also allowed the opportunity to email clients asking for their assessment of your service.
Overall, I think it is an outstanding service for both agents and people seeking their services. See you there!
