EZ Tours = EZ Referral Source for REALTORS!
Virtual tours are PERFECT for getting referrals! All you have to do is e-mail your home seller a link to the tour with the following message:
 
Dear seller:
"I wanted to share with you just one of the many things we are doing to market you home. Please look it over and share it with your friends and family, via email or social networks like Facebook. They may know of someone looking for a house like yours. "
Of course you can tweak this message, but you get the idea. It drives traffic to your listing online, which in turn drives traffic directly to you because we post all of your contact info with the EZ Tour. If you don't have a virtual tour company, you should seriously consider advertising with Homes & Land. Obviously you get the magazine print side, but the package also includes virtual tours FREE for all of your listings. They're really easy and can upload to YouTube.com, Realtor.com and the MLS.
