The The Glen at Widefield housing market continues to be a NEUTRAL/BUYER's Market, as there is currently a 7.6 month of supply of homes on the market.   A 6 month supply of houses on the market is considered a "NEUTRAL MARKET".   Sales units were down 62% from 2009 to 2008, and pricing was down 12% from 2009 to 2008.    Sales have decreased in 2010; but pricing has increased.
