Are You Relocating To Lake Charles?
Lake Charles Louisiana is projected to continue with a stable increase in housing in 2011 and by 2014 will be one of the strongest  performing small markets in Louisiana according to a analysis by Bloomberg Businessweek.  The Lake Charles area is forecast to see a 6% increase in home prices over the next four years with a low point in prices reached in the third quarter of 2011.

The strength of Southwest Louisiana and Lake Charles, Louisiana lies in it's petro-chemical industries, the Port of Lake Charles and a large HUB for Liquified National Gas pipelines.   Forbes Magazine ranked Louisiana as #9 in the top 10 of its up and coming cities in the United States.
I have seen an increase in  industry Relocation and continue to work with employees moving to and from Lake Charles, Louisiana.  Industries within Southwest Louisiana are creating jobs and with new jobs come new employees.
Today I celebrated a closing with one of my recent petrochemical relocation buyers.
