Cedar City Subdivisions...Jefferson Park.....
Jefferson Park is one of the nicest areas in Cedar City.  It has everything from high end move up homes to executive custom homes to a couple of mansions.  This is a nice subdivision.  Located West of Cedar High School, it is some expensive real estate, although the one home that is currently listed doesn't indicate that. 
The one home listed our Multiple Listing Service is a move up home listed at $199,900.  This is another stable subdivision, homes don't often come up for sale here.
