Lunch At Miss Daisy's Tea Room - YUM, YUM!
Today, I enjoyed a wonderful lunch with friends at Miss Daisy's Tea Room!  What a time we had!  We started off with wonderful Cinnamon Tea - so fabulous it needs NO SUGAR, then we were treated to Christmas Soup (spinach, sausage, etc... YUM!)  After that, we were given these amazing, and I do mean amazing blueberry scones with a special butter - it all melted in our mouths.  The next course was the sandwich tray where we were served three sandwiches each:  one was warm spinach / artichoke on rye, then a delicious radish / cream cheese sandwich (oh my gosh - my fav, I think) and finally a very tasty chicken salad sandwich.  Feeling I was about to pop and unable to eat another bite, I quickly changed my mind when I saw the dessert tray that had a chocolate pistachio cake, topped with whipped cream, mini brownie, and super fabulous mint chocolate chip cookies.  Now, I really was about to pop!  What a great dining experience.  I can't remember when I have gone out to eat and have actually been able to have a nice conversation and hear the other people at the table.  What a great dining experience.  If you haven't ... more
