Real Estate Warriors, You're Surrounded by Them!
Sometimes they are not easily recognized but our Real Estate Warriors are all around us.  They aren't as prevalent as in the past but you know who they are.  Many other industries have surpassed the measly incomes and profits which Real Estate provided to so many families in the past century.  The adage that they are not making any more of it has not swayed many to forego the opportunity which land ownership, especially in this country, can provide.  Chosen wisely, even small parcels in the right places prove this to be true.  Do you remember or maybe you still think of "Millionaires" as being an unreachable goal.  In 2010 that thought has been converted to "Billionaires" which is nearly inconceivable for many.

Since 2006 the Forbes 400 list has had only billionaires in it's ranks.  Thirty of these claim Real Estate as the avenue which created or now captures most of their wealth.  The "Trumpster", while still formidable just by the sake of appearing on this list is down to #153.  With the three youngest Players of the RE game in their 50's it seems people just don't have the patience to wait out the real life Monopoly game here.  In all, four ... more
