Vinings Estates is a very prestigious John Wieland Swim/ Tennis development in Cobb County.  It is defined by rolling hills, large lots and of course John Wieland's signature homes priced between $400,000 and $1,000,000.  This listing in particular was very impressive.  As soon as I drove up I was pleased to find a three-sided brick, traditional home with a great wooded lot.
