Southeast Mesa Arizona 2010 Short Sales and Reo Sales totals
2010 Sold Short Sale, Sold Lender Owned Properties, Sold Non-Short, Sold Non Lender Owned, For The Southeast Mesa Arizona Communities Of Augusta Ranch,Villages of Eastridge, Superstition Springs, Sierra Ranch, Mesquite Canyon, and Santa Rita Ranch. The southeast Mesa Arizona area is a wonderful place to live and work, but as you'll see, the housing crisis had a major impact on real estate sales. In this sample of six popular southeast Mesa subdivisions there were 490 properties listed in the MLS system that sold in 2010. Sixty-five percent, or 319 properties, were either short sales, or lender owned properties. The outlook for 2011 suggests the buyer's market will continue as the number of short sales and lender owned properties is again predicted to rise. I've broken down the 2010 information by subdivision.
