Realtors Unite...My Top 10 Ways!
For whatever reason, it seems as though many consumers think of a real estate professional as just one step above a used car salesman...not that there's anything wrong with that profession either.  It's just all about perception.  If you are like me, you are tired of reading and hearing about the "big, bad real estate agent" who took advantage of a poor innocent client.  For whatever reason they feel that we are only in it for the commission.  But the truth is that most of us are excellent agents, however the consumer often comes to us with the perception that we are to be carefully watched and questioned.  I am of the opinion that we, as agents need to do a better job of educating the consumer so that we can change that perception around. 
So as we go into this new year can we all agree to be better professionals and try to change that perception.
