A Green Tool to Consider in Your Office Network I've read many posts lately about offices trying to go paperless, and implement new green strategies.  I work alone out of my home office, but in my last part-time position before I went full-time in Real Estate, my employer had a great program installed on all of our computers.
It was called Phoneslips, developed by a Tucson resident within his business, Telexis Software, LLC.  My "boss" remembers it as being quite affordable, although I'm not going to quote maybe prices here.
PHONEslips is an easy-to-use software product that streamlines the handling of phone messages, office memos, e-mail, voice messages, the company client database and schedules. It is designed for professional offices in need of a simple program to manage office information.  It will even link to your smart phone.
To me, it was like professional IMing, and you could save it or note that it was urgent, right on your computer screen in a tiny corner box.  You could even write your own to-do list to have at your fingertips.
