Attorney state vs Escrow State
I am in California visiting my mom for a few days and spoke with some friends in the area about real estate, mortgages, etc.  I am familiar with escrows vs attorney closings but learned even more about them from my friends here.  Have any of you worked both sides?  Have you done attorney closings and escrow closings?  What do you feel are the pros and cons when comparing the two?  I'm just curious to see how things are on the escrow side since it is not something that Mississippi does, being an attorney state and all!  Thanks and I look forward to reading your responses. ... more
