Surviving Your SerengetiAfter reading just the first two chapters of this book I am very intrigued where the story will lead...
It is a interesting comparison, animal survival on the Serengeti to the way we “survive” in our lives.  It really made me think about my life, trials, and tribulations.  What if I had chosen to give up? Not stay the course? Some people do not have the endurance that it takes to be successful in life, business and relationships.I do believe that it has become socially acceptable to give up when the going gets tough. Make excuses to why we “had” to quit.... I have seen my fair share of tough times, mind you, I know I have a blessed life compared to some. But we make a conscious decision to quit or to continue trying.As I read these first two chapters it made me think of those times and how easy it would have been to give up, but if I had I would not be where I am today.  There have been days that I thought that maybe I made the wrong decisions, that it was really to hard to stay the course.  That is when I seem ... more
