ANOTHER HAPPY GRASSHOPPER...LEADS TO A LISTING

Repeat business and referrals, we all want them. I came across a post one day on Active Rain about a Happy Grasshopper that could keep me in touch with past clients in a warm and friendly way.
  Another contact management system???  I already send my data base Open Houses, Just Listed, Just Sold, Newsletters, Holiday Greetings and blah, blah, blah.
 How much more email would they read? Hmmm, I did not know the answer to this as I never get a response from any of the other emails. I was intrigued with the name so I went to the site to check it out. It seemed appealing to me so I signed up for the FREE Account. Well being the busy little bee that I am I did not go back and add my contacts for quite some time. But then I received a friendly email from the Happy Grasshopper encouraging me to upload my contacts so I set time aside and did just that.
 A couple of weeks later the first email went out and I received 4 reply emails. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. One was from a past client who told me to keep my eyes ... more
