My Pick of Ten Best Two-Bedroom Condos on the Beachside in Daytona Beach for Under $200,000
If you set on MLS the search for 2 bdr condos on Daytona's Beachside from $100K to $200K, the system would return 50 listings. Further «cleaning» of those that are not on the ocean, and those that are smaller than 1,000 brings the number to 20. If you leave only the least expensive units in the buildings, as there are more than one unit for sale in some buildings, then you get 9. I needed 10, so I left one «duplicate» in Oceans Two.
There are a couple of Wows. Yes, a 2 bdr unit in Oceans One with good view of the Ocean for $138,900!  Even with some fixing and new carpet that the Buyer would have to do, this is a wow price.
Another wow is that there are only 20 units on the ocean for less than $200K price. Only 20.
