ARE YOU SHARING YOUR KNOWLEDGE?
Sharing ones knowledge with other is certainly a excellent way to grow a stronger business. I am often ask about the auction process and how it works with detailed processes and procedures in the AUCTION industry. The sharing of information has help me develop many fruitful and cooperative transactions. Education about a subject is just a staring point, the more that is know about a property or circumstance the more favorable and business relationship may be. James Dray/Exit Pro Realty (Exit Pro Realty) who rights some of the best blogs I read made a comment about a blog I wrote.  It had to do with the experienced agents sharing their knowledge with the newer people.  This is a commission business.  You only get paid when you sell.  It is very dog eat dog.  Unless you are the owner or a paid trainer why train your competition?
According to NAR the average age of today's Realtor is 54.  There are not a lot of young people entering this profession.  No pay, no paid vacations, no paid health programs, no paid holidays, etc.  Most real estate companies don't have formal training or ongoing training.  The hiring process ... more
