Rhinebeck and Village of Rhinebeck NY Real Estate Market Report for April
Rhinebeck real estate market report revealed 7 sales during the month of April ranging from $278,900 to $952,500.  How does this compare to the same time last year?  There were the same number of sales in Rhinebeck during 2010; however the price range of homes sold was lower -  $160,000  to $679,000.
3 of the 7 homes sold this April were built between 1830 and 1865.  These 3 homes are located in the village.  At present the oldest stone house in Rhinebeck is also on the market
There are many homes to choose from in Rhinebeck and as a second home destination you still have time to find the perfect home in time for summer.
