Kentucky Home Inspector goes to the Georgetown Kentucky Festival of the Horse
This past weekend Georgetown celebrated with the Festival of the Horse, an annual event celebrating the role of the horse to the history of Scott County. There were exhibits, concessions, arts & crafts, carnival, and a 5k run along with stage entertainment throughout the festival.
Here's some pictures (OK, I'm not the world's greatest photographer) from the Grand Parade last night.

Georgetown's main shopping district was shut down to traffic.  Who would want to try to drive thru this?
 
 
 
And of course let's not forget the carnival!
  
I have no idea who my grandson is flirting with.                     Someone had to go on the big kids rides with him.Practicing already.                                                              I used to only do it so the girls would hold me tight.
All in all, a grand time in Georgetown.
