Using a Virtual Tour Provider

 
I just read an article from Dean Watkins on how he sold a house. This is what he did:
“I get a call to sell this home for a personal referral. I meet with them and we discuss our game plan and strategy. Then with all the papers signed I head back to the office ready to get to work. Did all the usual listing stuff but I also built a micro site for the home, listed POSTLETS on CRAIGS list... You name it, I did it! I took loads of very professional shots of the home. Even ordered 500 glossy flyers anticipating that I'd get them before the weekend, and really knock the sock off of the sellers.”
There are some things that really make me feel he is losing part of his time. He will save time if he just sends his photos to his virtual tour provider and ask for a slideshow with a total engine exposure and a PDF Flyer. For a small price he would have been able to do a lot more in a lot less time.
As a professional he should dedicate his valuable time for what he does best and this ... more
