Daybreak Utah June 2011 Home Sales
June 2011 was the best month for sales in the Daybreak New Home Development since the same time last year. There were a total of 72 homes sold in June, increasing from 65 sold in the previous month. The average sales price was $275,112, up from $272,238 in May.  Here are the complete stats for June 2011:
Homes Sold : 72
Average List Price: $282,011
Average Sales Price: $275,112
Average Home Size: 3,231
Price Per Sq. Ft. : $85
Average Days on Market: 89
