The Raleigh, Cary and Apex areas of North Carolina are, in the simplest of words, just plain beautiful! 

Folks from all over the country consistently relocate here as housing is still affordable, the economy has not been hit as hard as the rest of the country, and jobs are still obtainable.
Add to the equation that we have great weather, great schools, a major sports team in the Carolina Hurricanes, some of the best college basketball in the country, exceptional golf courses and lots of green space still, it's no wonder many consider this area a great place to call home.
All too often I get buyers looking for homes with some land. My answer is typically the same, "Well, you can't get an acre in downtown Raleigh, Cary or Apex, but there are plenty of homes for sale with an acre or more just minutes away."
