 Scranton is 70,000 + strong and opportunities in real estate are all over. If you are an investor, you currently have your option of many properties. Compared to New York and New Jersey, prices in Scranton are much more manageable. The market did not see the astronomical appreciation in homes a few years back that much of the country did. Prices have steadily increased in homes and the market is continuing to move forward.
