When many people think of Pearland, they think of the beautiful, master planned community of Silverlake.  The Silverlake Subdivision in Pearland, Texas began development in the 1990s on the west side of the city.  Just minutes from Hwy 288, Silverlake is home to many residents who commute downtown or to the Texas Medical Center.
Silverlake boasts of a many fabulous amenities including a large man-made lake in which the community is centered around. Beautiful houses land several community parks line the lake. The subdivision's park and recreational areas are PERFECT for exercise, family gatherings and playtime! In fact, there is never a time when I do not drive through the Silverlake subdivision when I don't see anyone out enjoying the recreational areas!  Silverlake truly is a family oriented subdivision!
The Silverlake subdivision in Pearland is also home to the Southwyck Golf Club, an 18 hole course on the lake in pristine condition! The Southwyck Golf Club also has a 2200 square foot banquet facility that overlooks the golf course and seats up to 150 guests that can be utilized for events.
