Fall is just around the corner and we're weathering the last weeks of oven like heat here in the Valley of the Sun.  For all our winter visitors, "Snowbirds" as you are so affectionately called, I invite you to search all the availabe homes for sale in Sunland Village, Sunland Village East, and Sunland Springs Village.  If you are not familiar with these communities then I urge you to look into them as they are not only affordable 55+ adult communities, they offer well built homes and a ton of activities from golf, to pottery, to shuffleboard and everything in between.  I have to warn you though, that Mesa homes have been moving fairly quickly this summer and we have seen inventories fall to levels we haven't seen in many years.  But take a look at the homes and if you find one you like then even if we have to "move like Mick Jagger" I'll help you get your dream home here in one of the three communities that make up Sunland Village.
