ey can do all types of loans they specialize in renovation loans. Home Path and FHA 203k. They can do the steamlined k and the Full 203k which puts them way ahead of many lenders in the area.
The grand opening was well attended and they had a ribbon cutting and since the office used to be a church the father came by to bless the new business and wish them well.
The office has a Spanish flavor and the interior appointments were especially well done. There were margaritas and Mexican food for all who attended as well as soft drinks and water for anyone who wanted it.
