Rats, Rats, & more Rats.....
My step son Beau & his wife moved in a nice apartment just before having their first baby in March.  It was shortly thereafter, I was over visiting & I said to Beau, "I think you have rats in your ceiling".  He said really?  I said yes, I think the nest is right there over the medallion for the light.  Well, sure enough in a few days there were other signs.  The landlord did call a company to come out & we spent a week with traps while they were away on vacation with the baby, but there are "still" more rats.
There were at least 12-15 traps in their small apartment & we waited a week & no signs that they had returned, but no one was sleeping there at night....not that it matter really, as the one I saw come out while they were there was in broad daylight, with two exterminators & myself right there.  He didn't even try to scurry along!  He stood there looking at me & then when I called the guy that was in the other room, he still had time to scoop him up?!
I now have to take another day & go up ... more
