Most people are unfamiliar with the fantastic options that buyers have in this market for Zero Down Purchases.  This isn't the days of sub-prime, where anyone could get a loan with zero down, these programs are tried and true programs that have endured through the collapse of the market.  What's more, not everyone can qualify for these programs, but they are available to select borrowers--qualification will be up to your mortgage professional; if you need a few ideas, give me a call.  Here are two ways you can purchase for zero down in the Boise Area:

1.  VA Loans.  The Veteran's administration has long offered 100% financing for men and women who serve the country in the military.
