Sun City Shadow Hills by Del Webb 3rd Phase Model Homes Sun City Shadow Hills by Del Webb has opened 10 new model homes for its third phase of development in the community located off I-10 in north Indio. The preliminary release of The Living Well Collection starts at $195,990 and goes up to $391,990 for the largest floorplan called The Socialite, which is my favorite design.
The new collection of homes at Sun City Shadow Hills was designed with casual and comfort in mind. The new floor plans  offer 10' ceilings and 8' raised-panel interior doors. Just a few of the interior features include recessed spot lighting, raised panel cabinetry with satin nickel knobs, 36" upper kitchen cabinets granite kitchen countertops with 6" backsplash, stainless steel kitchen sink, Whirlpool appliances in choice of white or black, and under-cabinet task lighting.
