Thanksgiving Recipe - Easy and Yummy!
Here's a traditional recipe that was handed down from my Mom years ago.  I can't attend Thanksgivng dinner without them! 
Thanksgiving Yams
1 Large can of Yams, drained
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp.vanilla
2/3 cup margarine
Mix all with mixer and pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Topping: 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
              1/2 cup flour
              1/2 cup butter
cut ingredients together till crumbly, spread on yam mixture. Optional: Top with pecans.
Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour, ENJOY!
