Would You Agree That Selling Real Estate Is Lots of fun?
When I was a little girl, I would send out flyers, lick stamps. lick envelopes and stand on a chair by the road holding a sign--all to help my Real Estate Broker Dad sell homes.  I also remember helping to clean his new construction homes and put little curves to show where the door swings and an X where the light goes on his plans. 
As a child, I found it fun to play at being a real estate agent.  Now that I'm a real live REALTOR and have been for 28 years, it is still fun.  I mean it.
Recently, we closed a sale for a first-time home buyers.  They were excited, and it was contagious.  I felt an inner joy at being able to help their American dream to come true.  There were hugs and tears all around.  It just doesn't get any better!  Does it?
Someone asked me why, after being this long in the business as a top REALTOR, I didn't just focus on the higher priced homes and commercial.  It is because I love every aspect of the business.  Besides the joy that comes from helping buyers own their first home, it is also amazingly fun to help buyers move ... more
