Columbus Home Prices are UP - February 2012

This graph shows average home prices in the Columbus City School District for the past 15 months, Columbus home prices are up....  way up, Columbus home sale prices anyway....  The average list price is down slightly from a year ago.  The homes in the graph and market report below are all single family homes (does not include condos.)
Columbus homes a market report for February 2012
Average active price - $107,000 Average sale price - $92,000 The average list price of $107,000 for a home in Columbus schools is down 1.8% from February 2011.  The average sale price of $92,000 is up 35.3% from February 2011 and up 22.7% from the January 2012 average sale price. 
Columbus neighborhoods
The neighborhoods in the Columbus City School District are mostly in the City of Columbus but there are some homes in unincorporated areas as well.  The homes in the school district are very diverse in price.  This Columbus market report is for over 200 homes sold and almost 2000 homes for sale.  It is a much larger area than most central Ohio school ... more
