Average list (active) price - $361,000 Average sale price - $173,000 This is one of the oddest looking average home price graphs in central Ohio... always is.  The $173,000 average sale price in February is down 31.6% from the February 2011 average sale price of a single family home in Buckeye Valley schools.  Nine homes sold in the school district in February 2012, same number that sold in February 2011!
