Battered and Abused? You Are Worthy!
My friend John has presented some information on a problem that I believe is far too prevalent in society today.  My personal opinion is that there is NO EXCUSE for behavior like that.  Neither Verbally or Physically.  If you find yourself in the situation take the steps necessary to get out.  If you feel a need to abuse someone..... DON'T.  Seek out professionals to help you get over it and perhaps change the situation for yourself too. If you want to leave a comment hop on over to John's blog and leave a note.

Being battered and abused is a cycle but one that can be broken by you.  You saying no more!  Enough!   You are worthy, you are loved, you are needed, you are smart, you are pretty, you are worth the effort, you are worthy because you are special.  YES, YOU ARE WORTHY!  Battered and abused?  There are many places waiting to help you find your good life.  The first step is realizing you are a victim and it’s not going to get better.  Get out and don’t look back, just go for it.  You are worthy!
