In general, the Sherwood Park acreage market is picking up.  The average sold price is up from $560,000 in January to $602,000 in February.  22 properties sold in February versus 16 in January.  The number of days on market has also dropped.  As spring approaches, the number of acreages on the market have increased with 180 properties currently on the market in Strathcona County.
