Enoch Subdivisions....The Ridge Market Update 4/27/2012..
I have mentioned often that the Cedar City Real Estate Market consists of several smaller cities.  The subdivision that I am highlighting today is in Enoch. The Ridge subdivision is another of the newer subdivisions in the Cedar City Real Estate Market.   The Ridge is still a subdivision in progress, there are still homes being built in The Ridge subdivision. 
The Ridge is a nice, mixed subdivision consisting of starter homes to some really nice executive styled homes.  The lots are typically around .4 of an acre, although there are some that are larger.  The Ridge subdivision is one that really is a nice subdivision with nice homes!
Market Update 4/27/2012:  There are currently 2 homes listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service.  One is listed at $159,900 and the other is listed at $285,000.  In the past 12 months there have been 13 homes sell.  These homes have sold in the price range of $134,000 to $240,400.  There are 2 lots listed for sale, one is listed at $26,500 and the other is listed at $33,000.  These lots are .41 and .44 of an acre in size.
