The Waiting List concept offers other benefits to the REALTOR(R) in terms of Client Relations in my mind. The Waiting List concept says to the Client that EACH Client is important and time is dedicated to EACH Client.  The Waiting List concept says to the Client that his/her needs are important and will not be rushed by the REALTOR(R). Thanks Margaret for your usual good sense!
