FAQ - What Impact Can A Green Realtor Have On A Community?It’s easy to think that one person can’t have any measurable impact on the lives of very many individuals.  It’s a psychologically proven fact that when we think of ourselves as “just one person” we don’t think we can accomplish as much.  But what if you could start a movement?What if you had an idea and it made sense and hadn’t been accomplished yet?  Such was the case for me as an EcoBroker.  In November, 2007, I attended the National Association of Realtor convention in Las Vegas.  While there, I attended a session specifically about being a green realtor.  I remember it vividly because it made so much sense and resonated with my beliefs and value systems.  The realtor speaking was from California and explained how she benefited her clients and started a networking group for other green businesses. The idea struck a chord.
