Village Green Knoxville TN May Home Sales Report
Today, let's head out to the heart of Farragut and take a look at a lovely neighborhood, Village Green.
 
 
 
Located just west of the junction of Kingston Pike and Campbell Station Road, Village Green is minutes from Turkey Creek. Neighborhood amenities include a pool and tennis courts. Some of the boulevards have sidewalks, nice for an evening walk.
 
 
 
As of this writing*, there are 8 properties on the market, 3 Pending sales, and 2 closed sales in May,
 
Average list price: $270,050 Most expensive listing: $324,000 Least expensive listing: $250,000 Median list price: $276,950

The short of it is, home sales in Village Green for the first 5 months of this year is equal to home sales last year. Unlike other areas, though, Village Green has not seen a significant drop in home prices.
