The principles of Feng Shui and spirituality are so interesting and when blended together can be amazing.  For those who have a background of wholistic practices, they already have began the development of a fundamental understanding with how to read energy depending on their discipline.  When they encounter the teachings of Feng shui they are able to grasp the principles and put them into practice with a bit more ease compared to those who are completely unfamiliar.
When implementing Feng Shui into your lifestyle, please remember the process in its own right is unique.  The principles say to put your intentions out there and make the changes (80% mental ad 20% psychical, meaning taking action).  If you approach this process with the attitude of, okay I did all the changes so how come nothing is happening? and/or if you have the mind set of rushing this process and expecting things to shift in your life at a specific moment, you will become frustrated when it does not.  By doing this, you will create blockages in your mind of belief.
