Realtors® Alphabet Soup

We all know how many duties a Realtor must perform to get the job done.  John McCormack has provided a very clever description of the many hats, today's Realtor must wear to be successful.
Realtors® Alphabet Soup
We as REALTORS® walk in some interesting shoes, wear many hats and fill many roles in our ongoing efforts at conducting day to day business.  We continually guide our clients and work to be the glue of an often difficult puzzle (a prior post).  I have determined that throughout my real estate career I have likely filled the entire bowl of Realtors® Alphabet Soup duties, responsibilities and unique roles to keep the Alphabet Soup hot and the clients cool.  Here are some of my entries into the Realtors® Alphabet Soup.   Common share some of yours!



A.  Adviser, Accountant, Appraiser (sort of), Analyst.

B. Broker, Banker, Blogger, Best Friend, Bodyguard, Bug Killer, Babysitter

C. Counselor, Caregiver, Closer, Cameraman, Contortionist  (i.e. crawling through a window),  Computer Technician

D. Deal-Maker, Debater, Decorator, Defender, Designated Driver..enjoy a good laugh)

E. Employer, Economic Adviser, Educator, Entertainer, Electrician, Envoy, Eye Witness

F. Financial Guru, Friend, Fiduciary, Foreman, Futurists

G. Gandalf (wizard), Guide, Gardner, GPS (Human version) Gigolo..LOL just kidding!
