Half Price Homes to Firefighters, EMT, Teachers, and LEO from HUD!!  HUD foreclosures has a lottery program for their houses for sale in the HUD lottery program.  The program is designed to provide law enforcement officers (LEO), firefighters, emergency medical technicians and teachers the opportunity to be home owners within the community.  It is a way of giving back to those who serve our community so well.
NOTE:  See below if you are NOT a Firefighter, EMT, Teacher, or Law Enforcement Officer for ways on how you can be notified of other ways to save on buying homes for sale at a discount price.
If more than one law enforcement officer (LEO), firefighter, emergency medical technician or teacher (pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade teachers) submits an offer then a simple lottery is held at random to determine which buyer is able to buy the homes for sale.
