Ceiling Fan Dangers - Sarasota Real Property Management Company We just took over the management of a 2 bedroom/2 bath single-family rental house in Venice, FL, that has four ceiling-fans. These are steel-blade fans that are installed 6'3" above the floor. At 6' even, I was a little queasy walking under those fans. So, what do you think I did?
I've ordered the fans removed and replaced with light fixtures. Why? Because:
