Inventory is down from 598 this month last year to 541! Pending sales up 23 currently from 11 same time last year! New listings this month 28 versus 37 same month last year! This is all great news showing now is the time to buy and our market has bottomed out in most areas and prices are going up!!! If you challenge the idea that prices are going up I am in a way with you - the reality is the best values with location and a motivated seller are minimal in comparison to 3 months ago.
