Districtre.com reports that Altus Realty Partners plans a two-building project at 9th & M offering approx. 87 condo units in Shaw's Convention Center neighborhood.

The M Street Site
Signs on the M Street site in early June 2013 indicate that the approved project is for sale but listing agent Andrew McCallister of MAC Realty Advisors tells cooldcre.com that Altus is the buyer, they're expected to close on the properties in the third quarter of 2013 and construction could begin as soon as 1st quarter 2014.
Bagden Alley Residences Design
Design for Blagden Alley Residences was intentionally drawn to mimic the neighborhood "alleyway" feel. Constructed on an existing parking lot facing The Whitman Condominiums and incorporating a small existing alley structure, the project is comprised of two buildings which may be separated and sold under different names. The developer may also decrease the number of units in each building at Blagden Alley Residences by increasing the number of 2 BR units.
