In the blink of an eye, summer will be over and the Victory Lakes' pool will be closed.  But before summer slips away, we'll look back at July's activity for the single family home market in Victory Lakes.  We'll make comparisons to last month (June 2012) and last year (July 2011.)

SINGLE FAMILY HOMES FOR SALE IN VICTORY LAKES
4 Listings were Active:  All Regular Sales

There were exactly the same number of active single family home listings in Victory Lakes in July as there had been in June.  The high list price and low list price were unchanged compared to last month.  The average list price was less than 1/2% lower than it had been last month, but was nearly 14% higher than it had been last year.  As always, please keep in mind that list prices are suggestions and the best ideas of market value always comes from the sold column.
